The regatta will be governed by the 2009 Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) as adopted by the ISAF: the prescriptions of US Sailing, the prescriptions of the Ensign Class Association (ECA), and by the sailing instructions.

Thursday March 19:
Friday March 20:
coffee/doughnuts/bagels, Skipper’s Meeting 9:30 am, morning and afternoon
racing, dinner party at the Club.
Saturday March 21:
coffee/doughnuts/bagels, Skipper’s Meeting 9:30 am, morning and afternoon
racing, dinner party at the Club.
Sunday March 22:
coffee/doughnuts/bagels, Skipper’s Meeting 9:30 am, racing before noon if
necessary, awards, trailering boats.
Register in advance by completing the registration form and sending it with the appropriate fees to the address indicated on the entry form.
Advance registrations must be postmarked no later than February 19, 2009.
The races will be conducted on Lake Wylie.
